HR-Flex Online Payroll Features
With online payroll, your company can enter a secure portal (Secure Payroll) right on AdminResources’ web site to access employee or other company data at any time of day. By entering an ID and password, company administrators and HR personnel can do anything that we – as your payroll manager – can do in terms of working with payroll data. This might include entering or reviewing employee hours, changing pay rates or customizing reports. Such flexible access to the process gives you the option of having as much administrative input or as little as you want.
You also have the option of using our online time-keeping tool called HourTimer, as one way to track your employees’ time. However, we will work with any method of time tracking your company chooses to use. Some of our small to mid-sized clients prefer to simply call in, fax or email their employees’ hours. This is perfectly fine. Once you send us the hours, your assigned AdminResources administrator can then enter the data on your behalf and complete your payroll processing.
