John LaFevre is a former ALCOA vice president of human resources. As ARI’s regional manager in Knoxville, he works collaboratively with small to medium companies to streamline the business of doing business, especially in the area of group insurance. He and his wife, Kat, have written four books, including a best-selling national park hiking series.
